Christian Meditation

This year marks the 25th anniversary of John Main, a Benedictine monk who revived a long lost tradition of Christian Meditation.   Fergal McLaughlin is national coordinator with the Irish Community for Christian Meditation.  He helps support and set up meditation groups around the country.  The concept of Christian Meditation is quite an unusual one so Miriam Gormally asked Fergal to explain its background and the history of the man who revived the tradition.
